HSF PFO did not meet the benchmark.

What even is my life at this point. Last year I did well in tests but my applications were bad. This year I feel like my applications are much better but I fail all tests.

I know failing tests is really frustrating and demotivating but it really is so great that you have improved on your written applications this year 👏 👏 👏 I am including links to some posts with top tips and resources you can use to improve your scores when you feel ready. You've got this! 💪

for those who did the A&O SJT, how long after did you receive your report?

Thanks so much for the info. Do you know if you automatically get sent the tests after you submit the application (i.e. they form part of the application)? Or do you only get sent the tests after progressing through to the next round?

I think the application is a soft screen for minimum grades, but most people seem to get the test. Ultimately the test is the main assessment given that the app just has an activities Q. Can be a bit of a delay , I think it took about a week for them to send it after I applied.

is it still worth applying to CMS now?

I'd say, if you still have the time to make an application and would like to put yourself in the running, you should apply! You definitely won't be in with a chance if you don't apply and most firms receive the majority of their applications close to the deadline.
