Hi Congrats! - when did you finish stage 2 if you don't mind me asking?
Me scrolling through the GIF options when I should actually be doing my MDR bright apply and completing more apps.so random but i rlly like the use of gifs in this years thread. i dont recall last years thread to be as quirky it was serious
THANK YOU SO MUCH! Just wanted to quickly ask if you pushed the slider 100% all the way if it was obviously the correct outcome/skill?Honestly girl, I don't know if you've been here when I kept failing cappfinities, but yea, I'm honestly not the best person to turn to for advice as I literally failed the ones for FF, Latham, Hogan etc. haha
But for this one, I felt the sliders and ranking exercises were pretty obvious in terms of what skill or agility they're testing - I didn't really find it hard to know which answers worked best at the top etc. The only tough bit for me was the critical thinking exercise. I said in an earlier post that they defo picked the toughest ones out of the batch to use haha (I know this because I did a cappfinity for another firm recently and they had the exact same statements, but had the batch of 4 questions per statement, whereas W&C just had 1 question per statement [aka, the hardest one out of the 4]).
Hope that makes sense! So I guess having had practice (I did the Gibson Dunn one yesterday), and having come across some of the WG questions before definitely helped?
Just keep the skills of work ethic, adaptability, taking ownership, credibility, and collaboration in mind when doing the SJT - that's what I did! Hopefully this helps? Best of luck!
you say 'lathamless week', I say 'regular week'... hehanother lathamless week 💔💔💔🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀
I never push the slider all the way! There were a few where I went quite extreme, but never 100% - butttttt take this with a grain of salt once again!THANK YOU SO MUCH! Just wanted to quickly ask if you pushed the slider 100% all the way if it was obviously the correct outcome/skill?
WAIT LOVEEE THAT!!Dunno if this is a win or not but Clyde & Co VI invite after been rejected. They said there was an error of scoring my result.
Congrats! Which office?Simmons AC! If you could provide any tips or insights, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks, Afraz!@Mikeross750 I wouldn't be too worried. I can't comment for other firms, but where you have application questions and cover letters, the general bulk of graduate recruitment's time when sifting through these is to make a decision based off what you have written in those answers, not how you've formatted your work experience. I am sure they know that everyone writes it out a little differently, and unless they've specified the actual order/rules, I would hope they wouldn't place too much emphasis on this.
Personally, I think you've approached it in a way that most actually prefer, so that comment was probably just their personal preference.
I am sure you'll be fine!
