The deadline for the Winter Vac Scheme was yesterday so they will have only just started looking at the applications. I did my application the day it came out, I think, 11/09/2019. I then received the feedback report within 24 hours.- Ricky

How to reflect work experience
What does it ask for? CC asks for role and description etc and has no word limit. When I asked about it, they said to go into further detail. Using STAR, think of examples and quantifiable outcomes where possible. Some places ask what you gained out of the role, like Reed Smith, make sure you...- Ricky

Congrats. When is your assessment day? I submitted my application on the 19/09/2019, sat the SJT same day and found out I passed shortly after. I then received an invite to the assessment day on the 30/09/2019 and am booked in on the 30/10/2019. Just to note, this is for their Training Contract...- Ricky

S Sat the job simulation this morning. It's basically a more involved version of the immersive assessment. You are given a case study and you work through it in the role of a trainee by giving video, written and ranking answers. Not particularly difficult. Have a think about past experiences...- Ricky
