It's hard and you are completely justified in feeling burnt out. Just reading about all the things you're doing made me tired. If a law firm doesn't see your worth, it's their loss.
Don't measure your worth and intelligence by how well you can fit shapes into other shapes in 10 second intervals.
I'm sure someone is going to tell me that there is a lot of empirical evidence about how mobile games a great way to recruit blah blah blah, but I think it's weird and stupid and...
To add to what Elle W already said, you also have no idea how well you did. I almost quit part way through the games because I thought I was doing terribly and ended up with really high scores in the end. Chin up :)
"If you take a load of 2.1 graduates, place them in a high-pressure environment where they need to treat it as a 9-5 job to do well, of course, people will complain."
Jessica, I say this with as much respect as I can possibly muster, but please don't give advice on reading comprehension.
To touch on your first point, people were unhappy about not being given materials because it was something the university had promised them at the beginning of term before enrollment, and then had exams be open book without actually giving students the books needed. From a diverrsity and...
I don't understand what there is to not agree with. I am not speaking from opinion. I am speaking about the actual data, particularly what was released by the Office for Students recently. I accept that there are various factors involves and am open to the fact that I may be misinterpreting...

Unless you failed it outright, its unlikely that a single module grade will be the deciding factor in whether or not you get past the application stage.
I don't think they are any more qualified to offer advice than any other person who has managed to secure a TC. What's even weirder though are legal influencers who have yet to even secure a TC or pupillage. To me they all seem like narcissistic attention seekers, but that's my opinion on any...
Its not hogan lovells. I met several senior associates during my vacation scheme who were originally paralegals at the firm. Hsf allows their paralegals to apply for TCs as well.
1. They haven't based on everything I've heard from friends currently enroled on the course.
2. Fairly similar. Both are hot garbage more often than not. Tutors are hit or miss: some will be excellent, others won't care. They stick to very set lessons and powerpoints so there isn't much in the...
Thank you for the gesture, it is very appreciated, but I already have a training contract lined up (though I am lacking a future trainee badge) and don't think I'll get much use out of it. I just lurk the forums to offer advice (and hot takes) when I feel I have something worth adding. Could I...
