    I hope it's not. I am not sure how common it would be for trainees to lateral to another firm after qualifying but it would be far from ideal to have to do this out of necessity rather than you being offered positions by different firms.

    That's great commitment on your part, I am not sure if I'd be able to do the same. I'm hoping I can get a firm to fund the SQE course for me but that's only possible if I secure a training contract. I am also worried about taking the paralegal route as I wouldn't want to be stuck in that role...

    Travers PFO but I expected this because I rushed my application literally last minute(at 11:30pm, deadline day) and used different fonts on the application so I knew it was doomed.
