    I remember that it took one week for Mayer Brown to send me the test invite after submitting the application form. So if you are eligible you are likely to receive it soon!!

    Just received an email from the CC recruitment that they are still delivering outcome calls. There are still quite a number of people who are still waiting for the call. It's just they are not active or does not use TCLA forum haha

    I think they are arranging the ACs for VS first, as I receive the AC for MB and no one has received ACs for MB TC.

    Unilever Tea Sale to CVC

    Basically when CVC acquires the Unilever tea division, Unilever will keep the cash reserves in the division, but the company will be obliged to pay any pre-existing debts of the division This allows CVC to purchase the tea division debt-free. This is kind of my understanding of the term.
