Law Firm Cover Letter
Yes you wouldn't use the STAR structure in a cover letter unless you briefly wanted to use it for an activity. You can however use your answer to the typical extra-curricular question: "Please include activities, interests and positions of responsibility, whether at school, university or otherwise."- Jaysen

Your biggest weakness
Go for it. The best way to answer this question is to be genuine (provided your issue isn't too devastating -- and yours isn't). The problem is when students give weaknesses like "I work too hard" which looks bad because its artificial, or weaknesses like "I have trouble delegating" which is too...- Jaysen
