We have warned you privately about your tone in previous posts and I have edited a number of those previous posts to remove tone that is clearly unnecessarily rude in response to others.
Your response to Tintin is another example of that behaviour.
You talk about people needing to have...
You can but I dont think it is a good idea to. 1) if they pay a high salary there will be other firms that pay similar amounts and 2) a high salary is only going to go so far if you actually don’t like working there because everything else doesn’t match your aspirations.
I wouldn’t put it in there - it can be included elsewhere in applications, but jobs generally can be competitive and so it’s not really what they are looking for in this section.
There are a few options here.
You can just ask in the forums (if you are comfortable in doing so) and the community team will respond with their thoughts.
If you wanted an hour's 1-2-1 call, you could book a mock interview and just select the "general chat" option, Mock interviews are between...
If the assessment is considered a resit, I would declare it. They don't just mean exams but any assessments.
You can explain there are MC related to why you had to resit/resubmit/retake the assessment.
I would contact the recruitment team first and get their advice on how best to approach it. It maybe that they can reset your application to incomplete so that you can edit it rather than submitting a new application.
Its okay to ask whether it may be possible. But if the scheme is only a week, I would generally say it is better to focus on the scheme itself as taking even two hours out is effectively 5% of your time on the scheme and could have an impact even if you do stay late or work around it.
The assessment may fall into working hours as they may need to be available for when the assessment is being done, and therefore they can only do it within working hours themselves.
Is there any possibility of you getting time off work or working around the written assessment timings?
Edit -...
I generally consider less than 15 to be a small intake - but I stress to people they need to look at the size of the office too as an intake of 15 trainees in a firm of 400 lawyers is going to be very different to an intake of 15 in a firm of 200 lawyers.
I would try to make it more tailored to the firm where you can. Think about the firm's values, culture or strategy and how that may need more specific skills related to those elements.
Although we know some members will share these via private messages, we ask that specific wording of video interview questions are not shared in the forums unless the firm themselves have been very open about what they are (for instance we know two firms that tell candidates what the questions...
One trick I use is to use the "read aloud" functions on most software - this is not something to purely rely on, but I have picked up issues with my writing this way by how it is spoken out loud. Its also a good way to check if you are a little word-blind if you have been staring at...
You can just list it as a pass - the firm will be aware of the modules that only receive the competent grading and in this instance, a pass would be the best option to select.
I suspect this is a mistake - I know it can be frustrating if you are not getting a response from the university, but I would persevere with contacting them to get clarity on this.
I would always avoid repetition in an application and try to ensure a point is only made once in the most appropriate place.
With “why this firm” I don’t think you need to draw comparisons, you can just focus on what that particular firms offer. That is enough - trying to explain what others...
There can be a whole range of approaches firms take, some quite tactical and others sometimes quite random. It’s really difficult to know a firm’s approach without them telling them.
I would just choose today’s date or the latest date you can possibly choose and then in the description say something like “this is my current role” or something similar
