Yes - your agency could be a good alternative. If you are through your own limited company and have an accountant, your accountant may also be a good referee (this is what I have had to do in my line of work before).
People can ask. There is no rule in stopping people asking. The TCLA rule stops people from providing the specific wording to video interview questions in the public forums (unless the firm has put them in the public domain themselves) and we just advise that people take their own risks in...
Sounds like you might be in the wrong place based on what you have said - the forums are a place where people are more than welcome to ask these type of questions.
I think if you can show you have gone out of your way to improve your commercial awareness through tangible evidence, then you can generally apply again.
As you have a connection to the firm, it might be worthwhile contacting them and getting their thoughts on you reapplying though - I know...
Not really limited to recruitment practices but:
1) Ghosting - from candidates and recruiters
2) Lack of reasonable response time to important issues like asking for reasonable adjustments
3) Bad handwriting on written feedback forms (yep, many firms are still old school with hand written...

I would ask the firm if you would like an online assessment centre. It maybe that they can make some adjustments, but sometimes there will be certain assessments that can only be done in person. The firm will be used to people asking this question though and will have a good idea of what they...
I would try to find a specific example within an experience rather than talking about a role broadly. The only way I can see this working for a general experience rather than a specific example is if you have got clear evidence that your exceptional client service led to better outcomes for the...
Some firms work on the basis that rolling means that early screening stages can be done but that no offers will be made before the last person gets to the final interview/assessment stage.
I think it is effectively alluding to both why the specialised programme and if there are any seats you specifically want to do within that area. It is probably to make sure you understand the realities of the different programmes to ensure you are best aligned to the sector specific programme...
I would strongly suspect it is impossible to score 9 across all elements based on how the test is designed - there is likely to be some contradictory elements that mean you would score lower on one element but higher on another based on the way you answer.
