If they are doing harmful things to the company they are likely to be in breach of contract and would be investigated/disciplined because of that. You wouldn’t really have to consider any other way if there was clear evidence of the harming the company.
It's only going to be on one line so isn't going to take up too much space. If you wanted you could drop the BTEC subject given you don't list out all of your GCSE subjects.
I'd present it something like the following:
8 GCSEs (including Maths *** and English ***), plus BTEC in Health & Social Care (equivalent to 1 x GCSE)
Obviously put the grades in for your Maths and English GCSEs where the *** are!
It doesn’t mean anything at all - it can just be the way it plays out. All it could be is down to your assessors not being able to catch up to discuss your feedback while other candidates’ assessors have. You really can’t assume it means anything.
