    Could be either. Really depends on the firms process and whether they add your WG score to your application and then review it, or whether an application review was done before asking you to do the WG.

    I'd keep it fairly short/succinct - probably doesn't need much more than 100-200 words per seat preference. Obviously, if one is slightly longer, that is fine but I wouldn't make any of them exceptionally long descriptions/explanations.

    It can be over any period of time. I think they are just looking for one example rather than people trying to showcase how they demonstrated resilience throughout their life. As long as it comes under one example, I think it could be over any time period.
