I was just wondering which firms on average tend to respond back quite quickly when applying for direct TCs and vacation schemes? Also which firms accept CV and cover letter and no online tests so just assessment centres or interviews? Any feedback would be much appreciated!

How to answer: tell us about you (both the good and the not so good)

Think with this question, they want you to show a weakness but show what you’ve done to improve on that. So I don’t think you just state your flaws but word it in such a way that it is something you recognise as a flaw and you’ve taken steps to improve that

Generally I think with the acquisition of public companies, its open to the public so subject to arguably more scrutiny as people have more access to data ect. With the acquisition of private M&A deals, upper management is usually the one in control with such information. Also with public M&A...
