Agreed, I think Elon Musk has really nailed personal branding. I can't think of many businessmen who have the same level of following.
Generally I prefer not to capitalise practice areas. 'IP' we'd also want to write out in full (i.e. intellectual property).
There's too much inconsistency though (even among law firm websites), so you should be fine either way.
Interesting corporation tax move. Corporation tax is staying at 19% for companies with profits up to £50,000. It'll increase after that, reaching a 25% tax on companies with profits from £250,000.

If the question is which story you are most interested in, you're absolutely fine to choose a topic that genuinely interests you. I think too often candidates think that everything they say needs to link back to a law firm - but that's precisely why they'll have separate questions asking about...
The answer is easy then! Whichever you are the most interested in :).
I'd also think about which topic you'd be comfortable answering follow up questions on, but this will generally align with the topic you are most interested in.
