    Oh maybe they don't then, my mistake. I had a quicker turnover post WG to vi so I am not sure how they do it!

    I wouldn't worry, I received the vi roughly two weeks after completing the WG so it could be a bit of a wait!

    Just completed the Irwin Mitchell vi, it is both questions about why the firm and strength-based questions (how would you approach certain tasks etc). You are able to take breaks between questions and (horrifyingly) review the recordings on the portal.
