Hello!

Just thought I would make a post to see if anyone had any insight into the CMS Video Interview and what to expect? I am currently trying to prep around why this firm questions, alongside general situational and competency questions, but if anybody has any direction as to what sort of questions they ask I would appreciate it.

I think I've seen other people asking this and the advice usually is to prep why CMS and some general competency questions, so you are definitely focusing on the right thins I reckon... hope this helps somewhat

I just completed my VI for CMS and it wasn't perfect! I still managed to answer the questions, didn't freeze completely, but stumbled over some words, is there any hope?

I got cut off mid-sentence for mine and managed to get the invite to an AC, so I wouldn't worry if you think you struggled on just the 1 question or anything like that !

Hi, does anyone have any tips for approaching the situational judgement questions for the CMS video interview? I'm finding it quite hard to prepare for as they're not as predictable as competency or motivational questions. It's also much harder to cover all elements of the question in the minute they give you!

I have also used the 'communicate, manage time and delegate' outline in my responses

Hi, I completed my VI on the 13th and I didn't receive any feedback. Do I need to worry? Am I the only one in this situation?

It took under 24 hours for me! It seems to really vary

Thank you both! I waited exactly 7 weeks to hear post-WG so I was just hoping it wouldn't be that long 😅

They email you with a link to book your AC. Post-AC they email you with bad news or ring you with good news
