If you got rejected after testing for VS, are you still able to apply for a TC afterwards? Or do I have to wait for the next cycle?
Depends on the firm, I'd email them individually to check. I did this last year and received mixed responses - usually if you select both when applying for the VS, you have to wait until the following year :)

Anyone heard from DAC Beachcroft (post-VI),McGuire Woods, Winston & Strawn, Stevens & Bolton, King & Spalding?

I am trying to tell myself that it's because they are still reviewing, but something tells me I've been ghosted...
My friend is a paralegal there (applied internally) and also hasn't heard anything yet - from what I hear, DACB take their sweet time, but it doesn't mean you're forgotten/rejected.

I'm not sure but emailed grad recruitment and they said the following and I did mention that my portal was updated:

We are still in the process of interviewing for the vacation scheme and we will shortly start reviewing training contract applications. As soon as we have an update for you, we will be in touch. This is likely to be over the next few weeks.

This was Freshfields btw :)

Sorry for chase up question, did they say this after you'd been invited for WG or had you received no response? Bit confused too as so many people seem to already have TC AC invitations :/

I’ve only heard of one person with a TC AC invite and that’s @MVE49 who was invited late this aft! Are you sure they’re not VS AC invites?
