For anyone who has applied & possibly gotten through most/all rounds of the L&W first-year scheme, can you please summarize the process?

1 - Written Application - 3 questions on interest in the scheme, why L&W etc, and a practice area you are interested in.
2 - Video Interview - 5 questions, 1 minute to prepare and 2 minutes to answer each question
3 - Assessment Centre - 1 written exercise, 1 zoom interview with 2 associates

Hi! Thank you so much for your response. I have a few other questions —

(i) Does the VI include questions that are more technical/practical (e.g. can they give you a situation and ask you to analyse it)? Or does it include basic questions or competency-based questions?
(ii) What is usually included in the "written exercise"?
