I applied to the Spring vac scheme but application still says 'on hold' (changed to this after I completed the WG) has anyone who applied to the spring vac heard anything?

I have seen some people be rejected but no ACs as far as I know

Seems to me at least that they have changed their response method? Previously people seemed to get rejected once all the ACs had taken place but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore

Does your Candidate Review Box has a tick mark to it? And
What was your WG percentile?

Yup it has the tick, don't think this means anything though as I had the same for the Winter VS and still got rejected. I don't know my WG percentile for the direct TC but for the Winter VS i got the 98th with 38/40. Best of luck!
