I'm looking to start posting more on LinkedIn to build my personal brand, including about news stories and such that relate to law/are commercially relevant to a law firm. Some of this would likely include stories on businesses not doing so well/hitting some problem.
As I'm a paralegal at quite a well-known firm, I'm curious as to how others have balanced writing posts about things like this without causing any problems for the law firm they work for? I'd make sure none of these stories were about our clients but just wanted to check if this was something people think is likely fine. I've checked the firm's social media policy and it doesn't seem like it'd be a problem - might check with HR or someone just to see if this is fine.
If you have any general guidance/know of any posts related to 'lawfluencing' as it were, that'd also be really useful!
