Hi all, does anyone have any advice with SJTs?
Hi HH, I was on here looking for the same!
Look at the firm’s values and think about how your responses may align to them.
it’s rarely the right answer to just work harder or longer to get something done. Think about what might be the most efficient way to solve the scenario rather that the one that way seem the easiest
for the scenarios don’t expect to be an expert - you are an entry level recruit who will be expected to need support from experienced staff.
look carefully at the difference in language. A response to a scenario might be different if it says “you are new to the team” versus “you are coming to the end of your rotation”
Thanks Jessica! This is really great advice
Thanks for the advice Jessica. I have the Simmons & Simmons test to do so this is really good to keep in mind
