I have a threatened IP infringement matter against me where i inadvertently bought and resold copyrighted material (resold once off). Will this affect my character assessment? Based on my reading of the SRA guidelines, it appears that this is a matter to be pursued in the courts and is not investigated by SRA. Could anyone please advice?
