i havent done it yet. any tips on what to do to prep now that uve done it?Ashurst feedback report came through today. Strengths: detail; driven; to improve: adaptable.
I did it yesterday, went terribly! 😅 Had 1 motivational and 3 competency based questionsHi, has anyone done the Foot Anstey test/video interview? This is my first one, and I'm really unsure how to prepare/what to expect... I would really appreciate all and any help! Thanks youuuu
I'd say focus on their values. There's not much else to do. There was a good video once. It was top 10 trainee skills. Paul Gascoyne made it, IIRC. I don't know where it's gone.i havent done it yet. any tips on what to do to prep now that uve done it?
This has been asked a million times I'm sure lol but does anyone have a list or can you direct me towards the list of firms that have a healthy direct TC intake? Preferably over 50%
Thank you!
it is:Does Withers' Cappfinity test include any video questions?

I hear you - seeing the vac schemers at the firm you got rejected from must be really tough, and it’s completely valid to feel that way. But this isn’t the end of the road.vac scheme has started at the firm i work at and got rejected from and it is PAINFUL seeing the students walk past ☹️
The rank order questions seemed OK. I never know with sliding questions. How far should you slide idk? Went as well as I expected. Reasoning questions were a mixed bag. Never passed a Cappfinity test before. Not hopeful about this one either. How did everyone find the Ashurst Cappfinity test? I thought it was quite ok - especially the "case studies" were quite straightforward![]()
Many paralegals also don't get interviews. For example, a previous Vac Scheme. There was one paralegal doing it. Other two applied but no dice. So paralegals aren't always successful.it’s so peak interviewing at a firm and you realise half the candidates interviewing there are internal paralegals
