I'm sorry to hear but many law firms don't take into account which uni you went to especially a lot of the bigger ones that adopt a CV blind approach! They're more concerned about whether you achieved a 2:1 and you did it!just received my results today and i got a 2:1 from a low RG uni. Can't help but feel like my city law firm dreams just went down the drain...😭
Thank you!! This is super helpfulI presume this is an online assessment and virtual interview. Here are some tips from @Andrei Radu to help - https://www.thecorporatelawacademy....de-for-competency-interview-preparation.9380/
It wasn't a rejection! SJT + VI invite yesterday. Any heads up as to what to expect would be greatly appreciated.Hi all,
If I haven't received anything from Reed Smith, is it looking like a rejection? I applied 11/06
I thought they weren't rolling for DTC?Any idea when we might hear back from W&C DTC? I am aware that they are reviewing applications on a rolling basis but I saw some VI invites being sent. 🙂
Ah yes, I meant non-rolling! SorryI thought they weren't rolling for DTC?
Ahh nws- you don't have to answer of course but mind me asking where you saw that VIs were being sent out? Would defo be unusual if they were reviewing already despite the non-rolling deadline lolAh yes, I meant non-rolling! Sorry
I had the same thoughts but received the tests yesterday!! They said not to assume anything btw, they're still reviewing applications and people can hear back within a month. If we submitted on final day of reed smith and some people have already heard is it too late .. :/
Hi, have you heard back from Browne Jacobson yet?Have you heard yet ?
Have you heard back from them post TI?Just heard back from Browne Jacobson (Birmingham office) after applying on March 1st, SJT on the 30th of March. Got a Telephone Interview, (honestly, was not expecting it because it's been so long). Do they normally take ages? Also, any tips?
