Submitted DTC applications to Hogan Lovells and HFW back in October and haven't heard anything - is it safe to assume PFO?

no hfw do DTC ACs after the summer scheme is over (and AC is the next stage) so don’t expect to hear anything until like june/july unfortunately 😬 dk about HL but i think they may be much sooner

No one's heard anything from Hogan Lovells for DTC – not even the automatic assessment, so more than likely, they just haven't gotten to processing the DTC applications yet.

Could someone please provide some guidance on the work experience section? Is it recommended to also include the impact that I made or just what I did. Also, not entirely sure if it’s worth outlining at the end how the skill relates to a career in law, as I’d say it’s pretty self explanatory? Thanks

Hey @LehmanBrothersRiskManagementIntern for the work experience section, you don't need to include the impact you made. You just need to detail your responsibilities at the very least. When its an experience that was quite time-limited, so you haven't really done much, you can bulk up your answer with outlining what skills you gained (doesn't need to specifically be linked to law) but this isn't a requirement and you won't be penalised for not having done so.

Honestly, I think the VI was pretty close to Christmas, I don't think we'd hear back until the end of this week/next week tbh. Although obviously it'd be nicer if we heard earlier!
