TCLA Direct Training Contract Applications Discussion Thread 2025-26

imo they’re lying, or rather, avoiding the truth. In theory, our applications are ‘active’ until the point of rejection. I hate fussing over these things so I don’t really care, but I reckon it’s a PFO tbh. No way that ‘archived’ is in any way positive lol.
Why would they lie? If they didn’t want to answer the question they could have just ignored the email until the outcome was communicated.

Really? i never received any email, thank you for restoring my hope 😩
Yeah. I received it everyday for about a week or less. Idk what it means, but some people also progressed with or without that jumpscare. Don't be upset! I haven't gotten the AC invite yet, there is still hope. I assumed those who got invited were applied for 2027 TC, if you're applying for 2028, it's likely higher chance of positive outcome.

That is true, thank you.

Do you know if there is a way to check which TC a person has applied for. I don't remember if I ticked the 2027 or the 2028 box🥲

Probably because it makes them look unprofessional for candidates to find out outcomes before they inform us. Also, since they said “w/c December 8”, they might want to let all candidates hear back at once and when they say.
On their page, smart recruiters say that archived is tantamount to rejection :(
