Same question here - did my AC in mid january, and now I have another AC at the very beginning of March. I'd withdraw from the latter if I received an offer from the former. Have emailed but didn't get a response.Wanted to ask if it is appropriate to rush and ask for an outcome to an AC I attended on Feb 9th? Have a couple of ACs scheduled for next week and I don't want to spend hours preparing + taking up an AC space just to potentially withdraw. Thanks!
@Jessica Booker
Fine if you are accepting the offer - really odd to do it if you aren’t (which I have seen and I don’t think is in great taste personally).Purely out of curiosity, what are people thoughts on posting about a Vacation Scheme offer on LinkedIn? Is it a good thing to do, are there any negatives or is it ultimately personal choice?
I’m seeing a lot of posts pop up on my feed, hence the question.
This won’t be a fixed figure. Ultimately a firm like HSF would just offer fewer people if they didn’t impress the firm and would do more direct TC hiring or find other schemes to convert people.Does anyone have an idea of the conversation rate from HSF VS to TC offers? @George Maxwell
I won’t be appropriate to rush and ask for an outcome, but it is appropriate to ask if you can have an outcome - it’s a subtle difference but a big one.Wanted to ask if it is appropriate to rush and ask for an outcome to an AC I attended on Feb 9th? Thanks a lot Jessica!This won’t be a fixed figure. Ultimately a firm like HSF would just offer fewer people if they didn’t impress the firm and would do more direct TC hiring or find other schemes to convert people.
Factoring in that people won’t always accept the offer too means any conversion figure is also skewed by the declines of offers too though.
'VS Offer Holder at [Firm]' as a work experience line item always seems really strange to me! You didn't do any work!Fine if you are accepting the offer - really odd to do it if you aren’t (which I have seen and I don’t think is in great taste personally).
Is it fair to assume that no response so far means rejection? I am in the same position for a summer VS.This is so frustrating. I haven’t even heard back from the firm regarding my spring VS application post application
It's a pretty good tactical choice if you want to put pressure on other firms that are considering you.Purely out of curiosity, what are people thoughts on posting about a Vacation Scheme offer on LinkedIn? Is it a good thing to do, are there any negatives or is it ultimately personal choice?

There’s solid arguments for and against.'VS Offer Holder at [Firm]' as a work experience line item always seems really strange to me! You didn't do any work!
I don’t know if this is true… I doubt any grad rec people are regularly checking your LinkedIn to see whether you’ve accepted any other offers…..It's a pretty good tactical choice if you want to put pressure on other firms that are considering you.
Exactly - no one else puts in the jobs that they turned down on their LinkedIn or CVs, so I find it slightly bizarre that people think this is fine to do.'VS Offer Holder at [Firm]' as a work experience line item always seems really strange to me! You didn't do any work!
1) I am not convinced many recruiters are actually looking at LinkedIn in the first placeIt's a pretty good tactical choice if you want to put pressure on other firms that are considering you.
