I am not sure when but from checking the forum from last year I would say end of Jan and early Feb! my report turned out quiet interesting. how about yours?
Hope we hear good news soon! Same really- I've done this assessment two times before for non-law companies and most of the traits are quite consistent....then there will be 2-3 things that are just complete opposites plus some weird combinations (e.g., very inclined to be innovative, very okay with uncertainty, but also prefers consistency and familiarity?). Took me some time to stop worrying myself over this, but it helped knowing the firm won't turn someone down based on what the test says alone.

Hi @Law2021vacschemer,

I thought I would draw out a few articles I read on this recently. Seems like a lot of more traditional UK firms are increasingly dropping the Lockstep model in an effort to retain talent that may otherwise escape to US firms.

I hope these are helpful 🕺

  1. Law.com (behind a paywall although I believe you get one free article per month!
  2. FT article
Amazing thanks!

This may sound stupid but when writing a vacation scheme on a cover letter is it Vacation Scheme or vacation scheme. Also, does it matter if you don't or do write it with capitals I mean will that be spotted as a grammar error by graduate recruitment.
