On the A&O application form, there's a question with the title "Please identify an existing market development or future trend that will likely affect A&O clients and describe how this could provide the Firm with new opportunities to support its clients". Do you think that A&O are expecting candidates to refer to existing/previous clients of the firm, or would it be okay to write the question with potential clients in mind instead?

@Jessica Booker

Not sure why but still not able to see anything under the interview tab of cvmail in order to book a slot for my NRF telephone interview - got the email on tuesday (yesterday). Has anyone experienced this delay? Not sure whether to give it a few days or if it should be visible by now

It can be either - I have been either approaches, and in some cases references to both existing and potential future clients in such answers.

The standard cut-off score is 30th percentile (which basically means you need to score hgiher than 30% of the poulation that have taken it before. However, some firms will raise this cut-off score to reduce the number of applicants. Makes it easier for them to manage the next stages.

This isn't correct - there is not a standardised percentile cut off.
