Just been invited to interview with Katten. I would be so grateful if anyone with any experience with the firm/ who has interviewed with them could give me any advice/tips/ insight. Thanks so much!
Anyone that has an AC with Squire Patton Boggs next week - have you received any information on the activities? It said they’d send us information a week before

No - this is a very common request and given it is for something you can probably not experience again, something too fine to request. The worst they can say is no.
Just maybe make the effort to make some time up across the rest of the week with the team you are sat with.
Hi @Jessica Booker. The work experience section on one of my applications is asking me to tick if the experiences I list are "SQE Qualifying Work Experience"....this is for a direct TC application but I am confused why that would matter and if it will be taken into consideration by the firm in any way? Also, how do I know if a work experience fits the SQE criteria?
Has anyone who has done a VI with White & Case on or after the 14th of February heard back in regard to an AC?
I really thought we were gonna hear from them today but guess not...
Is the topic the same for everyone?I have received information. There’s a group exercise, panel interview and a topic they give you to prepare a presentation onI’d maybe email GR if you haven’t had an email yet. They said they’d send a week before your AC date.
Emailed grad rec today and they didn't give a definite answer. Standard "we're in the process of screening applications and will be in touch again soon" 😩
Vac schemes are mostly(?) held outside term time so you don't have to miss your classes.. I don't think you need any kind of sponsorship to attend the vac scheme as long as you're still at uni?

I'm normally quite patient but the Spring one literally starts in a few weeks!

It starts on 28th doesn't it? I'd say there's still some time left tbh. I'm pretty sure that the accepted people will get contacted next week and they'll leave the pfos until later
I've found the opposite... couldn't apply for any winter vac schemes this cycle as they were all during term time (at UCL).
