Yes ! I called the GR and they said we will hear back by the end of this month, but hopefully not with a rejection. I took my VI 6 weeks ago.

Depends on the firm. Most of the time they assess you during the week, but some make you do another ac. Will usually be another interview tho

@Jessica Booker Is there a specific marking criteria firms use when assessing candidates, e.g I know some firms use a scale 1-5 to rate your competency answers , or can it really be influenced by whether the assessors / grad rec liked you ?

No - all varies from firm to firm. These things are not standardised.

Twenty two applications...seven rejections...but finally, two vacation scheme offers!
(Oh and Reed Smith also just sent me a PFO today, but don't give up folks, I know I nearly did!)

Those who were successful after HL AC; what kind of time of day did you receive the call? Praying that I won't get an email from them anytime soon as I know that means you haven't got it

By the time HL responds to me post WG I'll be 60. Grad rec isn't responding either.
