yesss I know 😭 at least for Bristows there are two more interviews. CRS does 90 second answers (5 questions) and they decide based on that whether you get a VS or not. Wild

They already sent the report minutes after the test. It was one of those super vague ones though

a lot of firms won’t have this term in the offer as they won’t feel it is enforceable (where you are not employed with them until you start your TC).

Other firms will put it in as a deterrent though so they try to retain the offered talent.

RS just sent me an email saying that they are reviewing assessments and will communicate the outcome by the end of this week. That nearly gave me a heart attack. I thought that was a PFO
