I am finding it so funny that with every capfinity report I get totally different results answering in a similar way (in terms of strengths & development areas, with development areas on some tests being strengths on another etc). I know they aren't accurate / useful tests, it's just... ?

Hence the feedback is not intended to be useful - it's intended to avoid liability by imparting any useful information whatsoever. to the candidate The real feedback is sent to the law firm, saying you scored 30/100 or 70/100 or whatever.

Ahh... as a neurodiverse person, that makes a lot of sense. I'm not sure if it's discriminatory though, rather in general a useless test.
