I gave up , won't ask about Bakers anymore
Building on this, does baker mckenzie actually send out rejections? haven't seen any pfos for any stage on here
yes could be - depending on how many different parts there are to the AC and depending on whether they include fun stuff also like a trainee panel / tour/ lunch etc.Is 9am to 3:30pm a standard timeframe for an AC?
sorry to hear that! is this post application? or post VI?WFW PFO![]()
Minimum criteria they have internally for the role. Never known anyone to actually get an interview via this routeTravers says candidates with a disability who 'meet the minimum criteria for the role' will be invited to interview. Do they mean grade requirements? Or are there other minimum requirements they may be referring to, e.g. work experience etc?
Oh right, that makes sense, it did feel a bit too good to be true :') thanks!Minimum criteria they have internally for the role. Never known anyone to actually get an interview via this route

Yeah you're right, I usually do disclose disability because I need extra time but yeah I'll just ignore this, thanksI would be wary of this. IME it doesn't mean anything. Unless you need particular special arrangements I would be careful about disclosing.
It tends to translate into "if you meet the score you are guaranteed an interview". However, it's not clear how that is different from any other candidate. It's not a "we will interview all candidates who declare a disability".
