I think Morgan Lewis accepts DTC apps even if you were unsuccessful for the VS (in the same cycle), but I’m not too sure about Orrick.​

Does anyone know if there's any disadvantage to doing a later AC out of 3? Are decisions usually made after all are completed?

not an expert but ive done like 5 acs and each firm is super different as to when they make their decision. some do wait right till they are all done and some literally decide the next day.

I would say just pick the date that works best for you, if they decide the next day they still ensure they have enough space when doing the following ACs because they invite everyone at the same time. I have done a firms very first ac and very last ac, both were fine i just found i was not ready for the first one so i didnt do well as i had like 6 days to prepare. So just go off what works for you!
