I haven’t heard anything yet! Giving it until the end of this week to allow for delays and then I’m either gonna email again or assume PFO, depending on whether others have heard!

Same. I know 2 people that got PFO's so that could be a good sign!! What questions did they ask u on ur VI? I got asked why Sh, why law, talk about a business model I like, talk about a time i worked with someone difficult on a team.

It’s good to hear that they are actually getting back to people though because I was debating when to call it a PFO without hearing back (bc I’ve seen they ghost people??)! Hopefully also a good sign! This is testing my memory…I think it was also why SH & why law, but I was asked about challenges/chages facing the legal industry/SH clients and then I don’t remember the “talk about a time” question!

Wait are you talking about the spring VS? I applied for summer and haven't had a VI or heard anything since I submitted my initial application lol

Oh really? When did they hear back? Did you apply for Spring and Summer? I did, I’m wondering whether they may consider for both? My questions were: why this opportunity over others offered? what would you like to be known for among colleagues? How will the role of a trainee change in the next 5 years? What area can you improve on?

On Monday, they got emails. I applied for the summer. What about you? I believe they do because some people may not have a preference. Yeah, they gave everyone very different questions. Another person told me 4 different ones from ours.

Hey how reliable is this information about low associate salaries at White & Case and low morale and that the firm doesnt have a bright future. I have put it high on my list and if this is reliable, THANK YOU SO MUCH, looks liks I need to deprioritize it.

Hi! Congrats for the AC, I really wouldn’t worry about it being virtual, if anything I found that nicer because you’re in the comfort of your own home and feels less pressurised. I’d recommend making sure you have a good internet connection etc and to have a list of experiences you can draw upon to demonstrate competencies. I’d also research the firm and the work it has done

Do you have any insights/tips you could give on Willkie's VI since I noticed you did one last cycle? I totally understand if you don't want to get into the specifics of it. I was mostly wondering what the structure and timing was like and whether the questions mainly focus on my competencies and motivations or Willkie, its competitors and practices?

RPC Watson Glaser test sent on the 28th Dec and needs to be completed by the 4th. If anyone has any experience with this test or could share any insights / tips that would be v appreciated :)
