Achievements answer query

Hi, I was filling out a training contract application and the question is:

"Please give details of any prizes, scholarships, positions of responsibility (or something you are proud of) and any other noteworthy achievements that will support your application" (250 words)

I am running short on words. For such an answer is it needed to relate the prizes/ position of responsibility back to me and what I took away from those experiences (because the answer doesnt say so)?

Or would it be alright just to state what my prizes and position of responsibility have been and describe them briefly?
