How do you know they review them in batches?

Some people are still waiting for their WG invitation and some received one on Friday so I'm pretty sure they must be reviewing them in batches?

Fair enough, I applied in the first week applications were released and received the WG test so would make sense!

My friend applied 10 minutes before the deadline and got the email on Friday as well so idk how they choose which applications to review first...Maybe it's all random, I can't help but overthink though haha

Just wanted to say well done to everyone who has got AC invites, interviews, tests, this is a huge achievement and you should all be incredibly proud, even if you dont get through to the next round remember how special you are and dont lose hope in you career aspirations

Waiting post-online test (Applied late December), not even sure if they will hand out TI invites anymore (haven't seen TI invites for quite a while)

im sorry mate its tough to know where you stand when its just a cover letter in the application. a rejection is just redirection and hopefully something amazing is coming your way next!!
