Heard back with a PFO too. Feeling quite bad about it as I thought I put in a good application and also made it to the VI stage last cycle. I guess past success does not guarantee anything

same boat and seeing as in person interview invites have gone out and some of us haven't been given written exercise invites, i think it's a done deal unfortunately.
