That means they will sponsor TC visa for international students who are freshly graduated from the UK universities and for those who've already stayed in the UK for their studies during the scheme. That goes the same for lot of firms like Akin, CC, DLA Piper, etc which are not allowing international students from non UK universities as they recruit solely from vac scheme.CMS say that they sponsor visas for international students for their direct TC, however if you secure a TC with them you need to do their CMS academy and it says on their app portal that they don't sponsor visas for this. It also says that doing the CMS academy is a mandatory requirement of your TC offer.
Anyone who requires a visa for a TC will obviously require a visa for the 2 week scheme so isn't this just a roundabout way of saying they don't sponsor visas? Am I missing something?
Unless they have a program in the country you have the rights to work, then you have no problem. I have the list of firms who want and do not sponsor a visa for VS.
