I spoke to them at LegalCheek Live earlier this year. They said that if you have mitigating circumstances that explain why you didn't get a 2.1 in every module, you can disclose those as part of the app form and still apply. But if you do not have any exceptional circumstances that explain the inconsistency in your marks, then you should not apply.

I wouldn’t think so, it may mean they look at applications in batches and your batch hasn’t been looked at yet

I am a bit confused about A&O. I read that a few people have received AC invites for the direct TC and nobody is sure if this is for 2027 or 2028, or if they are inviting people in batches.
But A&O also had separate applications for Law and Non-law students. So does anyone know if these AC invites are for Law or Non-Law?

Has anyone heard from A&O Shearman so far this week? Whether an AC offer or rejection? I’m not sure what the general process is with ACs but if you haven’t received an offer yet, is it safe to assume it’s a rejection?

People have got AC’s but from the looks of it they’ve applied to the 2027 TC.

I’ve yet to see someone for the 2028 TC get an AC invite.
