I reached AC in 2018 for direct TC and then in 2019 for summer vac didn't get passed the written app! Was gutted that first year as I really liked the firm, after then I learned to try not to get your hopes up or put all your eggs in one basket.

1 commercial and 4 competency questions. So look at the skills they want and think of all your examples and use star to demonstrate. Have notes open on the screen. Remember to look into camera and smile.

What did your rejection say? I just got rejected as well, citing that I did not meet the assessment score. I thought a holistic view was along with the application rather than some benchmark.
Just completed Gowling's game/psychometric test. Scored 8188. Anyone else record their scores?
Edit: Just received feedback report. The score is kind of irrelevant given the amount of data points they take. Quite impressive how they can determine so much about your psychological/behavioural...
