Pick a couple of people who really suit your interests or curiosity, or who aligns with your own values.
Try to not pick obvious names whether they be very prominent “celebrities” or people who are very closely linked to law - you are not going to stand out from the crowd if you say Baroness...
I don’t think you need to do this either in all honesty. Just highlighting the skills developed will be enough, you don’t have to explain why they are important for a trainee as the firm will know this all too well. Evidencing the skill will be far more persuasive than explaining why it will...
You don’t need to demonstrate your own skills in this question. This question is purely asking about your understanding of the role, particularly at this firm, not your skills.
Aiming for three skills is a good approach given the word count. Make sure this is more tailored to the firm too.
I’d advise not doing a general run through of your experience - this is going to be far too long or lacking depth of individuality.
Instead I would create structure by highlighting no more than three key themes about you and trying to make those things the elements that either are unique or...
Can I ask why you think it isn't necessary to have a representative legal profession in corporate law?
In a highly international sector where lawyers are working with diverse clients across industries, I would have thought it was just as necessary as it would be in the criminal justice system...
This is very normal. If you haven’t heard anything by the end of next week, I would drop them an email or give them a call and ask the approximate timeframes as to when you may receive the offer letter.
I don’t think there is any harm in asking. They may not be able to extend of their own deadlines mean it can’t go beyond this date, but there is absolutely no harm in asking whether it can.
There is some great advice in these threads and posts:

A week isn’t a long time really for these things. If you haven’t heard back by Thursday/Friday next week, give them a call and ask them if they can provide any guidance on the timelines as to when the offer details will be sent.
This is a great step forward in your career no matter where you eventually end up.
Whether your initial career is with a firm like AG or another firm like Skadden, securing a vacation scheme is a strong way of developing your candidacy further for any firm. You should consider it as a positive...
I would always avoid repetition - so if details are captured in a particular question that asks you to evidence something, there is no need to repeat it again in other questions or cover letters
However, you can briefly reference things like open days if they are a key but if evidence to...
Agree with @axelbeugre - it is a possibility. This is quite a common thing to happen in interviews, which is why it is really important to pick a topic you are confident about or will keep up to date on when writing an application.
However, similarly to what Axel has said, you maybe over...
Interest is one thing, but does it excite/inspire you?
If so, you can talk about it. But if it is more an interest I don’t think it will fit the question.
I would try to spin the question in a more positive or subtle way. For instance, rather than directly asking about redundancies you can ask something about the firm’s future talent plans.
The short answer is:
Does the content answer the question?
In the examples above, your initial approach is right as you are answering the questions.
But you are over anticipating other questions you might be asked or trying to show other aspects that are not being asked of in the question...
This type of post is not constructive and is purposely trying to rile people up. It is also has a dismissive tone, something others have picked up on.
This is not the type of attitude we want in the forums, and therefore please be more considerate with future posts. As you are relatively new to...
