It depends on the context here - have you learnt from multiple trainees (if so you can go with the latter)? or if it is just off the basis of one trainee, then naming them is okay.

I must stress the report and the test results are actually two different things. The firm has said they are nor using the report, but they will be using the test scores.
I would interpret it that you can develop the skill further (but that’s likely to be the case for most people apply for an entry level role) and therefore the report is for your personal benefit, rather than for the firm to use for recruitment purposes.
My advice is to write any “notes” on post it notes and in key word format rather than full sentences.

Hi - just be mindful that the term Tier 2 doesn’t exist anyone and has been replaced with the skilled persons visa. It’s the same thing, but when searching for information you’ll find it easier/more up to date to look for this term.
