The LLM is only going to buy you another year of applying. It won’t improve your CV for most U.K. law firms - the exception generally is if you are applying for a niche/specialist role and your LLM aligns with that discipline (eg Shipping Law / IP).

They are unlikely to be able to get a visa for you for paralegal roles - they are unlikely to meet the requirements set by the U.K. government to get a visa. There are some exceptions but vast majority of paralegal roles won’t meet the visa requirements.

Yes - can easily take 7-10 days for written offers to go out. I'd say 2-3 days is more common, but often there is a process chain for these offers to be approved and given it is half term for some people, it could easily be stuck in an approval queue until next week.
You don’t have to email. Plenty of people don’t, although plenty of people do at the same time.

You can’t undertake the GDL/LPC route. You would have needed to start a GDL by December 2021 to be eligible for the LPC route.
Deadlines will be pretty late - you’ll be able to apply and get on to most courses within a am few weeks of them starting.
Exceptionally normal. Lawyers often don’t respond to things they don’t need to respond to. Unless your email had anything in it they had to respond to, it’s very normal for them to read it and delete it.
It’s not anything to do with you, it’s how they just deal with any correspondence.
