    turning down a regional TC?

    If you were to receive an offer from the regional how about asking whether they would be prepared to defer it for a year so that it gives you another year to make further applications to London. Obviously you would not say that's why.

    I wouldn't have thought so if closing is only 4 weeks or so away. They are new offices so I guess they are recruiting to fill the need for trainees ASAP because for their other offices its usually via vac scheme 2 years ahead like other firms tend to do.

    Lots of vac schemes are in June though so if people are on vac schemes and get a definite TC offer they may withdraw from the Shoosmiths' process bearing in mind this AC is in July with potential decisions not being through until end of July/August. Hang on on there.
