    It won’t be a set number. Typically it will be around 50-75% accepting the offer - remember not everyone accepts the offer they are given.

    Think of it this way, what would you choose to do if you were unsuccessful for those two firms? I am assuming then you would choose to reevaluate and then consider other firms or other jurisdictions. If that was the case, this would be the start of the process.

    I would advise them ahead of the interview. Send them an email, explaining the discrepancy and how the mistake was made and ask whether there is any further information you should provide to them ahead of your interview.

    Ok - should you get through to interview stage, make them aware of the mistake before you are interviewed. It is serious enough it needs to be picked up/flagged at an appropriate time, but I don’t think it is worthwhile doing this until you know whether your application is successful or not.

    No need to do this - as long as it has some connection to the firm (eg it could impact the firm or their clients) the answer will be fine without you having to link it to the firm. If the firm wanted you to link it to the firm they would ask.
