Yes I found a deal involving more than 6 offices.

Sorry if this is too late but if this is for NRF, I mentioned their global reach e.g. the span of continents the firm has offices in and then spoke about a deal involving the London office and international offices then tied it to my academic background in Global History and my non-UK heritage

Quick question, how can I talk about the work that I did at a previous vacation scheme in my application without breaching confidentiality? Is it sufficient enough to just talk in general terms?

You don't have to go into specifics at all (about clients, the type of work you did etc.)- keeping it general is more than sufficient.
