Hi saw quite a few messages about direct tc apps for bakers - i dont have lots of information but ik they have their summer vac scheme coming up and just finished their spring so are still making offers for those and trying to figure out how many places they will have to offer students on the summer scheme and from DTC.

So from what they said it seems as though any DTC applications will not hear for quite a while so i would not worry too much!

Anybody else receive the TI interview for W&C DTC but when they go to book a slot there are no dates or times available?
There were dates available when I first opened but when I went back a few hours later to choose a slot there was nothing.
Anybody know why this might be?

For Withers, I have not heard back since completing the SJT. For those in the same situation, I emailed the recruitment team, and they said that they had a high volume of applications and will get back in a few weeks.

Hi, for fried Frank’s CV, they’ve said that we should include all grades. I have several subjects across schooling and university which would probably take at least 3 pages. There’s also no part in the form where I can input individual grades. Given this, what should I be doing?

Hi!

This is a tricky situation and if they've specifically asked for all grades, then I would include them, even if it makes the academic section longer than usual. In that situation, I'd probably try to make the rest of your CV as concise as you can so that it stays under 2 pages - for example, shortening work experience bullet points, reducing extra detail in society positions, or trimming less relevant information.

You could also play around with the formatting a bit to save space, particularly in the grades section. For example, using two rows/columns for module grades rather than listing each one on a separate line can help make it much more compact while still being readable.

I've found some former posts on the forum that explain how you might be able to format it to save space - I have quoted them below

I’d go for something like:

Third year (60% average): Module title 1 - 50%; Module title 2 - 70%; Module title 3 - 60%; Module title 4 - 60%

Second year….(same format as above)

First year….(same format as above)

Hey is anyone able to give some insight into what a virtual assessment centre would look like? All I’ve been told by the firm so far is that it will include a group exercise and interview.

This is my first cycle of applications and full disclosure I feel very lost.
