They disclose the percentile you got, but they don't say whether you have passed or not. If it helps, I've recently secured a summer vac scheme offer from HL after not doing that well on their WG test. So from this, i would say they consider your score in conjunction with other factors of your application.

they told me my decile and the pass mark. Hogan Logan pass decile this cycle is 18

I emailed them around 1/2 days after completing the WG. They took around a week though to respond.

You have to reach out. I emailed about the results right after submitting my WG test, then I got the results the day after.
