Wondering the same - anyone heard back from Latham post SJT/VI?How long does it take to hear back from Latham after completing the online assessment?
Would love if someone could respond to this with DLA Piper's strongest practice areas (no amount of research is giving me a straight response)!I wanted to ask- does DLA piper have a strong corporate/finance/transactional practice group? or should I treat them as a truly full-service firm?
https://www.toprankedlegal.com/firms/gbr00167/ Anything marked Band 1 and Band 2 is generally their strong practice areas. You can look on Legal 500 also.Would love if someone could respond to this with DLA Piper's strongest practice areas (no amount of research is giving me a straight response)!
8 days, I heard pretty late in the day around 5pmAnyone who did A&O WVS how long did it take to hear back if successful after the AC? Nervously waiting on SVS results...
Confused. Wasn't the deadline 1st of December? When TW said they will "advise of an outcome by w/c 1 December" and I haven't had a response do you think I should email? Did anyone else get the same?
I imagine they’re trying to assess whether you’re being strategic with firms that you’re applying to, rather than just applying to firms on a whim (with no real interest in the firm other than to get a TC). It’ll be looked at positively I guess if you’re applying to firms that are similar to them.why does goodwin ask for details of other firms you are applying for? should i list all of them?
Having completed the VI, I would suggest you prepare your greatest achievement / went extra mile / innovative ideafor those who are doing cc vi for their tc, I think the 3rd question might cover a personality type of q cuz they already sort of ask a motivational (ish) and a competency q so it might be smt like 'where do you see yourself in 5 years??' type, idk im grasping at straws at this point
ure a legend ty <33Having completed the VI, I would suggest you prepare your greatest achievement / went extra mile / innovative idea
(these are not the actual VI Q but a good preparation for the actual VI)
I just got an email with feedback on my assessmentWondering the same - anyone heard back from Latham post SJT/VI?
Having passed it recently I don't think you need to focus on the firm's values. Rather, I would focus on general attributes that make a successful trainee e.g. are you committed to putting out great work product, are you a team player, are you sensible about managing competing priorities etc.Was about to sit HSF's SJT and was wondering if anyone had a link to their core values please? Perhaps @axelbeugre may have them? I've found "human, bold and outstanding" on their website, so are those just the three they have?
I got the same and still havent heard back. When TW said they will "advise of an outcome by w/c 1 December" and I haven't had a response do you think I should email? Did anyone else get the same?
Thank you! I've done the practice test, but is there anything else you would advise? The verbal reasoning seems relatively standard.Having passed it recently I don't think you need to focus on the firm's values.
